Hello fellow rattie lovers! My name is Megan Seale, and I am the proud
owner of a rodent rescue in Tylertown, MS. The day I decided to open my home as a rescue was the day I decided
to make HUGE sacrifices in my life! Running this rescue has been one of the hardest, most financially-draining experiences
I have ever had, but it has also been one of the most rewarding! I cannot count the times I have felt an overwhelming
warmth as I placed one of my rescues into the arms of their new owners...each time was truly a blessing!
My rescues all come to me from a million different situations.
I have taken in everything from orphans whose mother had died recently, to animals taken out of abusive situations.
I do not discriminate on origin, and I provide all of the veterinary care required for these little misfortunates! As
many of you know, this can be very expensive! I just hope that my efforts have brought happiness to these poor
babies in their short lives!!!
I am a pre-veterinary student at a college in Mississippi, which makes me very financially
drained already, without the rescue! I decided to become a veterinarian long before I started my rescue, so I've
done much research on the care of exotics and small animals. This is going to be my specialty. I am very pressed
for time, but I always make time for my babies at the rescue.
